Pricing: Property size is determined by a commercial software system similar to Google Earth.

Single Spray application: $199 per acre, $115 per 1/2 acre or less.

Three (3) Spray application (most properties require 3 sprays per season) by agreement: $169 per acre, $105 per 1/2 acre or less

Five (5) Spray application and monthly customers in high traffic Tick areas by agreement: $149 per acre, $99 per half acre or less.

Your property is sprayed on a single, triple or five time program (recommended). Our Non toxic spray dries within 15 minutes and it is safe to enjoy your yard by the time we leave.

In spring the spray is targeting the larval & nymph ticks who require 2 blood meals to grow into adult ticks. They can get the blood from adults, children, pets, deer, chipmunks and mice, where the disease begins.

In Summer the spray is targeting all life stages who may have re-entered or have been re-introduced to your property by pets, chipmunks, deer, etc. Nymph ticks are very small and usually infected through mouse contact.

Our applicator will use a high powered commercial sprayer and shoot with enough force to hit 30 to 40 feet into your wooded areas, disrupt brush piles where ticks hide.

We recommend our Triple Spray Management Program for most of our customers:

Spring Spray: In spring the spray is targeting the nymph ticks who require 2 blood meals to grow into adult ticks. They can get the blood from adults, children, pets, deer, chipmunks and other animals.

Summer Spray: In Summer the spray is targeting the adult ticks who have re-entered or have been re-introduced to your property by pets, chipmunks, deer, etc.

Fall Spray: In Fall the spray is targeting the pregnant ticks and other adult ticks. Reducing the population in Fall prevents a high Spring outbreak when bite risk is the highest.

The Triple Spray program aims at reducing the tick population and offers an ongoing barrier against ticks in all stages of the ticks life.
The first application should take place between May and June to target the vulnerable nymph stage
